Gothic Rock or Post Punk and why?

Gothic Rock. Why? Because I am both a fan and participant in the movement. I do not pretend to fully understand what the mindset was during the post punk movement, nor claim to be an expert. Different times and different mindsets existed then, during the Post Punk era, which influenced those for reasons that are different than those in the Gothic Rock era. —–
